Dazzle Dry’s goal in partnering with us was to update the brand photography, messaging and design aesthetic as a whole to match their vision. Prior to revamping their brand, they felt it lacked a sense of cohesion, and modernity which became our main focus in the visual overhaul.

I worked as a part of TJA’s creative department in revamping every aspect of Dazzle Dry’s brand. We approached new photography/digital ad sets with bright, airy product shots and colorful, stylized shoots with minimal, sleek typography to align the brand with the beauty industry standard they sought after.

The Process

I’ll be the first to admit, when they first came across my desk I was unfamiliar with the beauty industry standards when it came to marketing, nonetheless I dove right in.

Through vigorous competitive research and newfound excitement, I was inspired to learn more about product photography and bring new life to Dazzle Dry’s style.

Concepting new social campaigns began with gathering various inspiration and presenting to the client based on information they provided regarding the sale.

After choosing a specific style, the team and I went ahead and put together styled shoots that supported the concept while focusing on what separates Dazzle Dry from other nail lacquer products. After I finished shooting, next came sifting through all photos, picking selects, refining those with the team through contact sheets, and editing them to the desired effect.

Once those were approved by the client, I’d create the ad sets utilizing our new photography and designing around the product to achieve the desired look.
